Bj77game Terms and Conditions

Bj77game is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform designed specifically for Bangladeshi players. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between the company operating bj77game and all registered members of the platform.

These Terms apply to all bj77game services, including the website and mobile version. Accessing the platform, registering an account, playing games, or using any service constitutes your full agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Bj77game reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register an account on bj77game:

• You must be at least 18 years old. All bj77game services are strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration — including your name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts or operating more than one account from a single device is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. You must not allow any other person to access your account.
• Registration is not permitted from regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

After registration, bj77game may initiate an identity verification (KYC) process. This may require a copy of your national ID, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to complete KYC may result in withdrawal delays or restrictions.

All financial transactions on bj77game are processed securely and with encryption. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the payment methods available on the platform.

Deposit Rules:

• Deposits can be made via mobile banking, electronic wallets, and direct bank transfer.
• A minimum deposit amount applies. The amount is specified on the platform.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All funds deposited must come from your own account.
• Funds from fraudulent or illegal sources will not be accepted, and such transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. VIP members enjoy faster payout processing.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• For suspicious or unusual withdrawal requests, bj77game may require additional verification.

Bj77game regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms that you should read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• Every bonus comes with a wagering or rollover requirement. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once. It cannot be claimed more than once from the same device or IP address.
• All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used within the specified timeframe will be forfeited.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Bonus funds cannot be directly transferred to another account.

All games on bj77game are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Our games are regularly audited by independent third-party auditors to ensure fairness.

The following rules apply to the Sports Betting section:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, bj77game will make every effort to refund the original stake.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bj77game platform. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting the bonus system by using virtual machines or proxies to collect bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Collecting other members' personal information or engaging in any form of fraud against them.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Operating an account using a false identity, forged documents, or fabricated information.

Bj77game reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is violated.
• Providing false information during KYC verification or failing to cooperate with the verification process.
• If there is suspicion of financial fraud or any illegal activity.
• If the member wishes to close their account or requests self-exclusion.

If an account is closed through no fault of the member, we will make every reasonable effort to refund any remaining valid balance. However, accounts closed due to rule violations may not be eligible for a balance refund.
